Since connecting with you,I have definitely cut down my cigarette intake from probably around 40 a day to around 25-28 which to most people sounds bad but actually, I am pretty chuffed.
Everything you said the course would do, it did and I stopped smoking within 3 weeks of starting the course. I did exactly what you advised and it worked. I never want to smoke again.
